At the heart of everything we do is a simple truth: these dogs are family.
They live happy, full, luxurious lives filled with home cooked meals, enrichment, affection, off leash running outside, training sessions, camping excursions, special treats/chews, walks, naps in the sun, and endless love. CuddlePups was created for them — not at their expense.
We understand that when people see animals featured in any kind of experience, questions about ethics come up — and that’s a good thing. You should care how animals are treated. So do we.
Every Dog Is Family
Each Italian Greyhound here is part of the family of CuddlePups Founder Victoria, a 13-year pet care professional and founder of Sit Social - Chicago’s premier 5-star dog hotel in Lakeview since 2012. With hundreds of dogs cared for throughout her career, she ensures every pup is loved, well-socialized, and thrives in a stable, nurturing routine — never rented or “working” animals, just cherished companions.
Daily Enrichment & Rest
Our dogs enjoy a carefully balanced schedule of playtime, cuddle sessions, rest, and enrichment. Guests only join during short, structured visits — and the rest of the day belongs entirely to the dogs.
Professional Oversight
The dogs split time between their home and time at our 5 star dog hotel (Sit Social) with a 24/7 professional pet care team. We partner with local veterinarians & dog trainers to ensure our dogs’ emotional and physical wellness is always prioritized. If a dog ever needs space or downtime, they get it immediately.
Calm, Gentle, and Safe
Every session is supervised by trained team members who read body language, manage energy levels, and make sure everyone (human and canine) feels safe, respected, and relaxed
Giving Back
We’re proud to use our platform to do good beyond our own dogs.
