Cancellation Policy

⏰Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your start time - no earlier/no later as we will be ushering out the previous event's guests. No late entries will be admitted for the safety of the dogs and guests, so please plan accordingly to arrive on time. 🎟Tickets are nonrefundable (except in the event we have to cancel due to dogs being injured/ill rendering them unavailable for the experience). We understand that life happens and you may reschedule your experience with 24 hrs notice or more. We require at least 2 guests per booking slot so if only 1 guest books we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule that experience and will typically provide more than 24 hrs notice. For the safety and happiness of our beloved Iggies (Italian Greyhounds), please: 🧼Wash your hands thoroughly upon entry before handling the dogs. ❌ The Iggies are prepared for playtime, cuddles, and treats! Please, no picking up the dogs at any time for any reason and no picking up/walking around with the dogs. Italian Greyhounds are fragile and prone to leg breaks so please be gentle with them and respect this rule to avoid accidental jumps and injuries. 💕 Respect the dog's boundaries and comfort levels. Please let the dogs come to you and if a dog is exhibiting signs that they are scared or disinterested (backing away, tucking tail, etc) please give the dog space. 👨‍👧‍👦For adults attending with minors, you are responsible to be with the minor at all times and ensure they are respecting the dogs' comfort and following all guidelines. ❌ No outside food, drink, dog treats, or animals/pets.
